SP-SC: They reduce the water temperature from +18°C to +3°C, to be used in mixings. Flow indicator and quantity indicator have graduated scales.
RR: Hanging rapid water chiller , equipped with remote control panel with possibility to programme water temperature and quantity of liters requested. The main feature of this new machine is the high performance in fast water cooling : from + 18°C to + 3°C with room temperature of + 32° of 50 liters every approx. 20 minutes. Possibility to bring the water temperature up to approx. + 30°C (optional: resistances for heating) to satisfy the most varied needs when preparing dough. It is particularly indicated to all users who want high performances having little spaces. Machine equipped with pump.
