Electric generated prover with indipendent working from the oven. It consists of polyurethan foam panels of high insulation, lined of varnished embossed aluminium plate and structure in anodized aluminium elements with fixed joint assembly. Finished with heating plant equipped with safety resistances, automatic thermoregulator, air recirculating with adjustable flow, solenoid valve to check water level, precision hygrometer to check humidity, massproduction inside light. Steams ducts, electric fan and base in stainless steel AISI 304. N.B.: as the prover is completely self-contained it can be placed everywhere.
