Electric oven composed of 1-4 modular baking decks. Independent baking chambers. Refractory cement sole with metallic net frame. Working chamber height can be 18, 23 or 28cm by choice. Each chamber is equipped with a computerized instrument in order to control all oven functions.
The oven can be equipped by choice with: proover, special support and steam generators for bread baking.
