Machine of industrial concept. The machine is equipped with a PLC able to set 50 programs and 5 sequential different working cycles, possibility to set standing starts, stops, increase and decrease of the sizing rollers according to their requirement. 10 automatic rollers lowering curves. “Touch screen” control panel board. Adjustment of the sizing rollers decrease at 1/10 mm. Polyurethane belts without joints as per FDA standard. This machine is equipped with automatic pulverizer with changeable speed and with a stainless steel and aluminium structure. Rollers opening mm 0,1-55. Floors width mm 650. Stainless steel structure. Mounted on castors. Stainless steel trays for collecting the dough. N° 2 rolling pins are included in the machine. Stainless steel underfloors. Dough sheeter on rolling pins.
