Plant for the production of rolled bread, banane, mantovane, finger rolls, stamped bread like "maggiolini", 2 "tartarughe"
The plant is composed by:

Automatic unit mod. GT 3000 with automatic dough feeder: this unit can be at 4 or 5 rows with its own trays loading device for trays 60/80 or 60/100; equipped with product descharge on tray, with by-pass of the pre-rising prover.
Pre-rising prover with plane swing pockets coated with cloth easy to remove for the cleaning ; the swing pockets are 375. Rising time : 23 minutes.

Stamping machine for "maggiolini" with fixed bar or with stamping floating bar. Possibility to assemble different stamps, i.e. "tartarughe", etc.
Descharge product on tray with the possibility to choose the falling direction in comparison with the stamp.
Device to load automatically the trays on rotating oven rack. The rack change happens without stopping the plant. The line is handled by a main electrical board, a PLC. Contol and setting by means of a touch screen able to store up to 50 programs.
